1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Net Master
("Net Master", "we", "us" or "our") and govern your access to and use of the Net Master mobile
application, this website and all related features (together, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, registering for or using the Service, you confirm that you have
read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our
Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service; if you are under 18, you confirm that a
parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current
and complete information, and to keep it up to date. Accounts are personal to you and may not
be sold, shared or transferred.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us promptly at support@netmaster.jo if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You may not create an account using another person's identity, or maintain multiple accounts to manipulate rankings.
- We may refuse, suspend or reclaim any username that is misleading, offensive or infringes the rights of others.
3. User Conduct
Net Master exists to make tennis in Jordan more organised and more enjoyable. When using the
Service, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, defame, discriminate against or otherwise abuse other users.
- Submit false, manipulated or agreed-upon match results in order to gain ranking points.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, skill level or affiliation.
- Upload content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful or infringes the rights of others.
- Use the Service for unauthorised commercial solicitation, spam or data harvesting.
- Attempt to access, probe, disrupt or reverse engineer any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including
removing content, adjusting rankings, and suspending or terminating accounts.
4. Matches
The Service allows you to request, schedule and record matches with other players. Match
requests are arrangements between players; Net Master facilitates the connection but is not a
party to any match you agree to play.
- Both players are responsible for confirming the time, venue, court booking and any associated costs.
- Scores must be reported accurately and promptly, and may require confirmation by your opponent.
- Ranked matches affect your points and level according to the scoring rules displayed in the app, which we may update to keep rankings fair.
- Repeated no-shows, late cancellations or disputed results may lead to point deductions or restrictions on your account.
- You participate in all matches at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, fitness, insurance and equipment.
5. Tournaments
Tournaments listed in the Service may be organised by Net Master or by third-party clubs,
academies and organisers. Each tournament may have its own rules, eligibility criteria,
entry fees, formats and refund conditions, which are published with the event.
- By registering, you agree to the specific rules of that tournament and to the decisions of its organisers and officials.
- Where an event is run by a third party, that organiser is solely responsible for its delivery, scheduling, venue, prizes and safety arrangements.
- Entry fees, if any, are collected in accordance with the terms shown at registration; refunds follow the published policy for that event.
- Organisers may withdraw a player who breaches event rules, behaves unsportingly or fails to attend scheduled fixtures.
- Events may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather, venue availability or circumstances outside our control.
6. Content
"User Content" means anything you submit to the Service, including your profile photo, bio,
match scores, comments and media. You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Net Master a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free,
transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display that content solely for the
purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service. You confirm that you own or have
the necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe the rights of
any third party.
We may remove or restrict any User Content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms,
but we have no obligation to monitor content and do not endorse any opinion expressed by
users.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, layout, graphics, text, ranking system, the "Net
Master" name, the "Ace Your Game" tagline and all associated logos, are owned by Net Master or
its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use
the Service for your own non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy,
modify, distribute, sell, lease, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the
Service, or use our trademarks, without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account from within the app or
by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile from public view in accordance
with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms,
if your conduct harms other users or the integrity of the rankings, or if we are required to
do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including
intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law — will continue
to apply.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent
permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied,
including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that rankings, match records, player profiles or tournament information will
always be accurate, complete or current. Net Master is not responsible for the conduct of any
user, whether online or offline, nor for injuries, losses or disputes arising from matches,
training sessions or events arranged through the Service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Net Master and its directors, employees and
partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive
damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in
connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the
greater of the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty
Jordanian Dinars (50 JOD). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded
under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the competent
courts of Amman shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our business or
the law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and,
where appropriate, notify you within the app or by email.
Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance
of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service
and may delete your account.
