4. Account Information
Certain profile information is inherently public within the Service so that the community can function. This includes your display name, profile photo, skill level, ranking position, points total and match history. Other players can view this information when browsing rankings, player lists or tournament draws.
Contact details such as your email address and phone number are not displayed publicly. You can update most profile information at any time from within the app. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise your personal information, though aggregated or anonymised records such as historical tournament results may be retained for the integrity of the competition record.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only for as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
5. Analytics
We use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand how the Service is used and where it can be improved. These tools collect aggregated usage metrics such as feature engagement, session length, screen flows, device type and error reports.
Analytics data is used in aggregate form and is not used to identify you personally in marketing. Where our analytics providers act as processors on our behalf, they are contractually restricted from using the data for their own purposes.
7. Third-party Services
We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver the Service. Depending on the features you use, these may include:

- Authentication providers used for secure sign-in.
- Push notification services used to deliver match and tournament alerts.
- Analytics and crash-reporting providers.

These providers may process your information only as instructed by us and in line with their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services that we do not control.
8. Data Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, least-privilege administrative permissions, and regular review of our infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. If you believe your account has been compromised, or if you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately at security@netmaster.jo.
